Tonight we got another sneak peek inside the house to see how far things have progressed. It appears that 95% of the work is complete and now it’s just a matter of putting the finishing touches on a few things and cleaning it up for delivery.
We have our 3rd party home inspection scheduled for this Friday. Assuming things go well and there are no surprises, our orientation is scheduled for December 3rd. Hopefully we won’t be delayed with any fixes.
If all goes well with the inspection and our orientation we hope to sign documents either late in the afternoon on the 3rd or early on the 4th so we can close the afternoon on the 4th. Fingers crossed!
