We stopped by the house last night to see what’s been done. It appears that all the plumbing, electrical and HVAC has been installed. All of the siding has been put up as well so it’s definitely starting to look like a house. Next up is having the insulation put in and then it’s a matter of putting up the drywall.
I spoke with the Project Manager today and he said drywall should be started within the next few days and will take about 5 days or so to complete. He’s estimating the house should be done by the first week of December, but a lot will depend on everything coming in on time and not running into any issues.
