This past weekend I took Linh, an exchange student from Vietnam, to Monterey. I wanted to show her the Monterey Bay Aquarium, but first I had to take her down to the Old Fisherman’s Wharf to have her try clam chowder for lunch. Her parents own and run a seafood restaurant back in Hanoi, but she was not familiar with our clam chowder. As expected, she enjoyed it!
