One of the perks of living here in Oregon is having a large variety of “U Pick” farms to choose from. We didn’t take advantage of them last year, but this year we’re making up for it. There are several farms within 15 minutes of home that offer strawberries, marionberries, blackberries, blueberries, raspberries and more. For the last couple of weeks we’ve made a point to go several times on my days off to fill up a bucket or two of berries. Unfortunately, the seasons are coming to a close, but we’ll be back next spring and summer to get some more!
