My normal service area is highlighted in pink below:

Travel Surcharge:

An additional fee will be charged for properties that are not located in my normal service area.

Below is a sample list of additional travel fees that may apply:

Lodi:  $20
 Manteca/Lathrop:  $20
 Modesto:  $40
 Sacramento:  $50
 Tracy:  $30

All other locations outside of my Service Area not listed above will be charged a service fee on a case by case basis determined by the travel distance to and from the property.
